Brayden DeWitt for Council
The Blue Mountains are changing quickly, and the decisions being made today will shape the community for decades to come.
Important conversations are happening about growth, infrastructure, housing, spending, and the future of our town. Those conversations matter because the choices we make today will determine what kind of community we leave behind tomorrow.
I decided to run for Council because those decisions will shape not only the future of our town, but the future of my own community and the place I call home.
I believe residents deserve a clear understanding of the challenges we face, the opportunities in front of us, and the reasoning behind the decisions being made on their behalf.
The Blue Mountains has changed a great deal over the years, and it will continue to change. My concern isn't change itself. It's whether we're planning for it properly, whether we're honest about the trade-offs involved, and whether we're making decisions with a long-term view of the community.
The future of this town won't be shaped by a single project, development, budget, or council term. It will be shaped by hundreds of decisions made over many years.
Those decisions deserve careful thought, clear priorities, and honest conversations.
That's why I'm running.
